Wine Makers Comments:
Grapes for the Porcupine Ridge Merlot are sourced from selected vineyards in Franschhoek and Helderberg near Stellenbosch. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel ensure good extraction and resultant richness and weight. Nine months French oak maturation on a portion of the wine prior to bottling.
